# Failure Handling

Validation failures are handled gracefully:

* The strategy’s value is temporarily excluded from NAV.
* Ongoing rebalances involving the strategy pause.
* No new capital is deployed to that strategy.
* A health flag triggers potential emergency unwind.

Importantly, **failure never inflates NAV**; the vault always errs toward undercounting rather than overcounting.
